Lubrixen with its corporate partners has a fully automated lubricant manufacturing plant situated in (JAFZA), Jabal Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Designed and equipped from Germany, which utilizes the latest innovative technology methods with international standards and specification of blending parameters. The latest high accuracy filling and packing facility equipped from Italy. Fully Automatic facility runs the operations by Robots and conveyors to minimize human interference.
The Factory is able to manufacture 75,000MT per annum of different formulations and specifications keeping High parameters of non-contamination and quality standards. All the storage tanks are complying with API 650 standards, Pipelines being equipped with a pig gable line. The Facility is equipped with the latest laboratory equipment’s for testing the parameters and behaviours of Lubricants. We provide all types of packaging as: 1L, 2L, 4L, 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 25L, 208L, and Bulk Filling lubricants in the Italian Innovative weight filling machines
